Acceptance of Terms

By adding Discord Report Bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server and discontinue use.

Description of Service

Discord Report Bot is a free tool that helps Discord server administrators collect daily reports from team members. The service includes:

• Slash commands for submitting and viewing daily reports
• Scheduled reminder notifications
• Follow-up reminders for missing reports
• Anonymous report submission
• A web dashboard for viewing reports, tracking missing submissions, and managing settings
• CSV export of report data

User Responsibilities

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Do not use the Bot to collect, store, or transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Bot's operation.
• Server administrators are responsible for informing their team members that the Bot collects report data.
• Do not abuse the anonymous report feature to harass or intimidate others.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Bot running reliably, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we handle it. By using the Bot, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Discord Report Bot, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of its creator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Bot without explicit permission. Report content submitted by users remains the property of those users.

Limitation of Liability

Discord Report Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Bot.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot for any server or user that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your Discord server.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
